With an incredible history in motorsports, Marcus Richmond is a passionate leader at R&S Race Cars. With experience in NASCAR's top levels, super late models, pro late models, late model stock cars, and more, Marcus has spent nearly his entire life in racing.
Tracey Richmond, wife of Marcus, plays an important role in our team. While managing the office during the week, Tracey leads all marketing and partnership duties. She has a degree in sports management, which she has let shine since the start of R&S in 2019.
David Triplett Jr. made the transition to R&S Race Cars in 2023, now serving as Kade Brown's crew chief. David began his racing journey in 1990 with go karts, followed by Allison Legacy cars, and late model stock cars. Orange County Speedway saw lots of David's success, as well as his father's.
Rob Owens has worked at R&S Race Cars since October of 2021. His father had a racing parts business when he was younger, which spiked Rob's interest. Rob loves being at the race track and hanging bodies.

Luke Covington, who has worked at R&S Race Cars for 4 years, first stepped into racing by working with Bruce Anderson. Langley Speedway and Martinsville Speedway are at the top of Luke's list of tracks to race at. The development of new chassis designs, the challenge of trying new things, and building fast and user-friendly chassis are some of the things that fuel Luke's passion as a welder, fabricator, and mechanic.
South Boston’s Caleb Sanford has been at R&S since mid-2022. Caleb’s cousin Bruce was a driver as Caleb was growing up, which led to his interest and desire to get hands on. Orange County Speedway is the track that tops Caleb’s list, especially since he, as a driver, won a pure stock race there last year! Caleb’s favorite parts of working at R&S are hanging bodies.
Blake Stallings, son of R&S Race Cars co-owner Steve Stallings, has been involved in racing since a young age. Blake first got into racing with influence from his dad and great uncle, who raced when he was little. JD Jones, who has been with R&S since October of 2021, began his racing journey through his high school’s motorsports program in 2007. The Alton, VA native is fueled by the adrenaline and pressure of last minute adjustments and working on a time crunch at the race track before the car hits the track.

Fast forward in time, and the two of them owned A&E for 30 years prior to it becoming R&S. Allen is a resident of South Boston and his most-enjoyed aspect of

Pete Browne has been at R&S Race Cars since the doors first opened, and actually before. Born in March of ‘71 in New York, Pete has been involved in racing for a very long time thanks to his father, who first introduced him into the industry. Pete’s favorite parts about being a welder and fabricator are engineering and new product development.
